BLACKMORE LEADERSHIP CAMP 2019

The Blackmore Leadership Camp (BLTC) aims to develop our student leader's leadership competencies and inculcate the correct attitudes towards serving the local and global community.

During the camp, our student leaders worked with one another, discovered their differences and learned to overcome their differences.

Students also learned what it means to be a leader by applying the five practices in The Leadership Challenge (TLC). The TLC model is shown below:

Throughout the camp, the student leaders stepped out of their comfort zone to encourage one another and to achieve various tasks together as a team. Friendship was forged across CCA groups and Student Leader Groups as they worked and bonded together.

Alumni student leaders ran part of the camp. The teachers were very encouraged to see the seniors coming back to serve the school and to help mentor their juniors.
